How We Test Tools
- Hands-on access: Every reviewed tool is tested firsthand through free trials, demo accounts, or paid subscriptions. We don’t review products based solely on marketing materials or third-party descriptions.
- Real estate focus: Features are evaluated against actual agent and broker workflows — lead generation, listing preparation, CRM management, transaction coordination, and analytics. Generic SaaS features that don’t serve real estate use cases get less weight in our scoring.
- Testing period: We aim to spend a minimum of one week with each tool before writing a review, though complex platforms (like GoHighLevel or Follow Up Boss) receive extended evaluation periods.
How We Score Tools
Our ratings are based on four criteria:
- Features for real estate — Does the tool actually solve problems agents face?
- Pricing and value — Is the cost justified by what you get, specifically for real estate use cases?
- Ease of use — Can a busy agent set this up without a dedicated IT person?
- Support and reliability — How responsive is the vendor? Does the platform stay up?
Each criterion receives equal weight. A tool with amazing features but terrible pricing won’t get a top rating, and vice versa.

Our commitment:
